    Chris Barker is the Director of REO Sales for Fannie Mae, responsible for Fannie Mae’s Retail REO inventory in the Northeast and Eastern states along with the nationwide HECM REO inventory. Chris’ primary focus is providing direction and oversight for the marketing and management of Fannie Mae’s REO inventory. Chris works directly with the Fannie Mae Sales teams providing guidance on issues impacting the overall REO business while developing and implementing strategies to minimize overall loss severity for Fannie Mae.

    Bill Milby, Director of Reverse Mortgage Servicing

    Bill Milby has been with Fannie Mae for 15 years and has held a number of roles leading initiatives for the company. Today Bill serves as Fannie Mae’s Director of Reverse Mortgage Servicing. Bill’s team is responsible for working directly with Fannie Mae’s reverse mortgage servicers and industry stakeholders. Bill’s reverse mortgage responsibilities range from operational, policy, loss mitigation and reverse industry relations.
